Production of plastic sheets

The company was founded the 27.02.2001 by registration in Business Register of District court in Nitra, under the business name E.M.A., s.r.o., with location on Robotnícka 4, 953 01 Zlaté Moravce.
The company is producing extrusion sheets from HPS, ABS, PP and PE on extrusion line HENSCHEL HE 120-300 and REIFENHAUSER EH 2400-1-150-33V.
ABS Sheets
ABS sheets can be used for facings of ceiling, walls, interiors, for advertising – possibility of impress. The sheet´s facilities can be regulated adding of UV stabilizer.
HIPS Sheets
HIPS sheets are suitable for air-assist forming, for bending, cutting and for advertising. The sheets can be bonded by glues which contains diluent.
PP Sheets
PP sheets can be treated by heat. It is possible to use them in aggressive environments, for producing of swimming pools or producing of sewage tanks.
PE Sheets
PE sheets can be treated by heat and their chemical resistance allows to use them for anticorrosive facings of tanks and hydroinsulations. The sheets are healthy and edible clean, therefore suitable for using in food industry.
